Work Approach Policy

Christ Technologies Limited (CTL in short) works under well-organised structures, systems, and policies to make clients’ works deliverable on time. Please find below our work policy for each of the services we render.

For web development

1. A client who approaches CTL for a new website development project will use any reachable means (call, email or text) the company provides to reach us.

2. There shall be a meeting, either virtually or physically (if possible), between at least one representative of CTL and the client to talk about the project, discuss the scope of the work and possible deadlines for its finishing time, and share agreement files for an overview.

3. Following the meeting and successful agreement to terms and our payment policy, the client shall pay CTL a non-refundable 10% of the project cost to confirm one’s slot in our project team for the work to begin.

4. As the project progresses, there shall be frequent communication between CTL and the client for work progress tracking. The client is mandated to partner with CTL to share all necessary information for all write-ups on the website. This is to help CTL stay faithful to her project deliverables timeline to ensure the satisfaction of the client.

5. After successfully completing the project with all errors identified by the client being corrected by CTL, the client must pay for the project in full amount or in weekly instalments of 10% of the project cost. The instalment package shall remain active until the client finishes paying the full amount of the funds.

6. For clients who choose to pay in instalments, CTL shall send payment reminders via text or a call and proceed to block the clients’ website for failure to pay the weekly instalment funds to the company on time without any justifiable reasons for not doing so. CTL shall reinstate public access to the website upon payment of instalment funds by the client to the company.

7. Clients who refuse to pay for the project at least 8 weeks after completion will lose permanent access to the website and will only be liable to reinstate the project when the project cost is fully paid. If the client doesn’t pay for the project cost after a year, the domain will expire, and the project will be subject to complete deletion on CTL’s and our hosting provider’s servers.

For website updates, management and maintenance

1. The client shall be responsible for renewing one’s website domain name and hosting fee at a cost provided by our hosting provider. This cost will be generated via our hosting provider’s payment system as an invoice, computed and sent to the client at least 30 days before the domain name expires.

2. A client who refuses to pay for the website domain name will lose access to one’s website following the expiration of the domain name. The hosting environment can be kept active if CTL adds it to her multi-hosting environment.

3. All website updates requested by clients after the project launch shall attract a cost depending on the workload volume. Pricing of the work will be in ranges as indicated on our pricing page. This offer shall also apply to clients whose websites were not developed by CTL but are being managed by the company.

4. There shall be no instalment payment option for website update work done by CTL. That implies that upon client acceptance of the work, the client must pay for it as it is priced in full amount or risk losing public access to the website.

For social media management

1. Clients who approach CTL for social media page management can use any reachable means CTL gives to reach out to us.

2. There shall be a meeting between at least one representative of CTL and the client to discuss the work structure, share agreement terms and policies, as well as the monthly pricing fee of the work.

3. After the client has accepted the agreement terms, CTL shall proceed to request for social media pages login information from the client for the work to commence.

4. While CTL shall manage and respond to comments on the socials of the client, the client can choose to do so herself. Apart from this, there shall be frequent communication between CTL and the client to draft content calendars and strike a posting structure on the socials.

5. Currently, CTL doesn’t do video editing work for social media pages management. However, if a client approaches us to upload a video made by oneself of at least 1GB in size, the client shall pay a fee for internet bundle usage for that task.

Reviews

CTL will constantly revise this work approach policy; when we do so, we shall inform our clients about it.

Thank you.
