General Terms with Clients
Christ Technologies Limited (CTL, in short) values each one of our customers and business partners. As a result, we have (and will continue to improve) smooth terms and conditions for all our clients and individuals who work with us. This is essential for all our clients who partner with us to accept it as it serves as a governing piece between CTL and its clients. These terms and conditions apply to all the services provided by the company. Clients can accept these terms upon successful reading before the commencement of work and giving feedback to any of CTL’s representatives.
Services
1. CTL shall exist as a tech company, starting with the development and maintenance of clients’ websites and social media page management.
2. CTL shall continue improving our services and introducing new technologies to our workflow.
3. CTL may produce specific terms and conditions documents aside from these general terms for clients requiring more detailed services offered by the company. These documents will be privately shared with the potential clients.
Fees and Payment Policy
1. All our fees will sync with our pricing as stated on our website.
2. A clients whose work is much heavier than the stated pricing ranges will be priced separately by CTL for their work. Such pricing will be negotiated between the company and the client.
3. All our payment arrangements between the client and CTL shall be in compliance with our payment policy on our website.
4. If a client cannot use any payment method shared by CTL, a special arrangement will be made between CTL and the client to settle the issue amicably.
Intellectual property
1. All websites built by CTL will be owned by the clients and not CTL.
2. CTL will reserve the right to update, maintain and manage each website built by the company as directed by the client. Each website update order placed by the client will attract a fee.
3. CTL shall use clients’ website logos on its website for the sake of marketing purposes on brands we’ve worked with. A client can choose to opt out of this initiative by CTL if so he/she wishes for the sake of confidentiality.
4. All graphics created by CTL for a client’s social media management works shall be owned by the client after paying for such work. CTL shall be liable for corrections on such graphics.
Confidentiality
CTL and each client shall agree to maintain the confidentiality of all confidential information shared between us, including payment amounts and agreement documents.
Termination
1. A client can decide to terminate all contracts from CTL of one’s own choice.
2. In the case of contract termination, CTL shall hand over all login information on the client’s website and socials to the client. Following that, the client shall get another website developer or agency for CTL to partner with to transfer the client’s domain name management and hosting space from CTL’s servers to the new person or company’s own.
3. If the client’s domain name hasn’t expired, CTL shall not provide support on the next domain name renewal, as such responsibilities will be transferred to the new person or company chosen by the client.
4. If the client wishes to keep one’s domain name in CTL’s servers, he will be responsible for paying for his domain name before expiration as long as the client’s website is active and used by the client for his own purposes.
Dispute resolution
All disputes between the client and CTL shall be resolved amicably via a call, virtual meeting or physical meeting (if possible).
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Amendments
CTL shall continue to amend these terms and conditions using clients’ feedback and internal system review in the company.
