GOVERNING AGREEMENT
General Terms with Clients
Christ Technologies Limited (CTL) values each one of our customers and business partners. These terms serve as the governing framework between CTL and its clients, applying to all services provided by the company.

Defining our role as your strategic technology partner.
Web Development
Professional development and maintenance of corporate websites using modern stacks.
Social Presence
Strategic management of social media pages to enhance brand engagement and reach.
Fees & Payment Policy
Standard Pricing
All fees sync with our pricing list. Standard arrangements apply to general project scopes.
Custom Negotiation
Heavier workloads beyond stated ranges are priced separately and negotiated directly between CTL and the client.
Amicable Settlements
If standard payment methods are unavailable, special arrangements will be made to resolve the issue professionally.
Intellectual Property
Client Ownership
All websites built by CTL are owned entirely by the client. We act as builders and maintainers, not owners.
Management Rights
CTL reserves the right to update and manage websites as directed. Periodic updates attract separate maintenance fees.
Marketing Use
We may use client logos for marketing. Clients may opt out for confidentiality by informing their CTL representative.
Confidentiality
We maintain strict secrecy regarding all information shared, including pricing, internal documents, and business strategies.
Termination Process
1
Contract Cancellation
Clients may terminate contracts at their own discretion at any time, except under critical conditions that mandate the company to withhold cancellation after reaching an appreciable level of work under the client’s contract.
2
Handling Over of Login Credentials
CTL will hand over all login credentials for websites and social platforms immediately upon termination.
3
Domain Management & Hosting
Domain management and hosting will be transferred to a chosen third-party provider by the client. A client can also opt to allow CTL to manage the domain while website updates and maintenance is transferred to another company or agency.
4
Responsibility Transfers
In the case of transfer of domain and hosting to a new third-party provider, all ongoing domain renewal responsibility shifts to the client or their new technology partner post-transfer.
Legal Framework
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
All disputes between the client and CTL shall be resolved amicably via a call, virtual meeting or physical meeting.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full effect to ensure continuous governance.
